Point of Contact under the Digital Services Act
For all matters relating to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) you can reach us at the email address stated above. This is also our single point of contact under Art. 11 and Art. 12 of that Regulation, for authorities and for users alike. Notices are processed and answered in German or English. To report illegal content, see "Reporting Illegal Content" below.
Liability for Contents
As a service provider, we are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obligated to monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known.
Reporting Illegal Content
Anyone — including persons who do not have an account with us — may notify us of content published on this website which they consider to be unlawful. So that we are able to assess a notice, please include:
- the exact address (URL) of the content concerned;
- an explanation of why you consider the content to be unlawful;
- your name and email address;
- a confirmation that the information you provide is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt of a notice without undue delay, decide on it in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner and without the use of automated means, and inform you of our decision and of the redress available to you. Where we take action in respect of content, we also inform the person who submitted it and give them the reasons for our decision (Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
For reports concerning content covered by Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, you do not need to provide your name or email address. In that case we are unable to send you a confirmation of receipt.
If you disagree with a decision of ours, you may bring the matter before a competent court. You may also lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State in which you are established or resident; in Germany this is the Bundesnetzagentur, Koordinierungsstelle für digitale Dienste, Tulpenfeld 4, 53113 Bonn.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
Copyright
The content and works on these pages created by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of copyright law requires the prior written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for personal or internal business use. Where content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. Should you nonetheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such content immediately.
